Recruitment  Optimization Consulting & Assessment  

·         For a startup technology solutions consulting firm, engaged to create a “talent engine” designed to build ongoing talent pipelines of top technology consulting professionals through implementation of: targeted social networking, employment branding, applicant tracking, metrics, interviewing and selection practices.  Implemented HireDesk ATS.

·         For a private equity firm seeking to acquire a healthcare industry staffing firm, engaged as a due diligence partner to perform a comprehensive risk mitigation analysis of the firm’s talent, recruiting practices, employee and client satisfaction ratings.

·         For a human capital consulting spinoff business unit of a leading, global online job board/career site,  engaged as an SME to lead a 3 person team in the development and testing of consulting methodologies related to talent acquisition, diversity, culture and targeted sourcing. Worked closely with the firm President, Operations VP, Marketing VP, and National Sales VP to advise on competitive go to market and operational delivery strategies. Recommended and provided SME implementation related input on OPENAIR, a professional services automation tool.

·         For a global retail banking and financial services firm, performed a recruitment optimization facilitated workshop that resulted in a strategic decision to move from a decentralized HR generalist recruiting model to a centralized sourcing center hybrid recruiting model using an RPO provider.  Provided change management coaching to the client’s new talent acquisition leader as well as ongoing mentoring and coaching related to the transformation.

Diversity Recruitment Optimization

·         For a global health and beauty CPG firm, conducted a diversity recruitment optimization and compliance analysis to identify opportunities for improving their ability to source, develop and retain a more diverse workforce.       

·         For a global CPG product testing certification organization, developed an experienced & diversity engineer sourcing strategy & recruiting process;  Exceeded project diversity hiring goal of 20% -- actual hires were 52% diversity (female or minority) hires.       

·         For a global ERP technology provider, engaged to perform a diversity sourcing/recruitment optimization and compliance (EEOC, OFCCP) analysis of their sales and technical engineer roles.            

·         For a global manufactured housing manufacturer, performed a comprehensive analysis of field sales recruitment practices and identified opportunities for improvement in targeted sourcing, selection and diversity recruitment which would result in significant cost savings, improved talent quality and diversity and reduced EEO/OFCCP compliance risk.

RPO – Project Management       

 ·         For a startup professional services technology consulting firm, managed a pipeline recruitment initiative to identify, recruit and pre-qualify a pipeline of Consultants, Sr Consultants, Managers and Sr Managers with big 4 consulting firm experience.  Achieved an interview quality acceptance ratio of 90% and a hiring ratio of 3:1 in the first 6 months of engagement.

·         For a global retail banking/financial services firm, Implemented and lead multiple outsourced recruiting initiatives as part of a transformation from a highly decentralized call center recruiting model to creating a centralized, dedicated recruiting organization. Ensured quality metrics tracking and EEO/OFCCP compliance reporting were done where previously none existed.

·         For a global CPG product testing certification organization, Project managed a team of 6 recruiters in an RPO initiative to hire 60 experienced test engineers in 9 months – exceeded project diversity hiring goal of 20% -- actual hires were 52% diversity (female or minority) hires.  

·         1996-2004, founded and ran a talent acquisition consulting and outsourced (RPO) recruiting firm – Tiburon Group Inc – Sold, managed and delivered over 200 outsourced recruiting projects before selling the firm to Capital H Group in 2004. As the practice leader over the talent acquisition solutions practice for Capital H Group, led the firm’s growth and national expansion of their RPO practice from $600K in revenues to $6M in 3 years.
