  • Solutions Consulting: Over 15 years of diversified corporate management consulting experience helping rapidly growing organizations in many industries to align their talent acquisition practices with changing business needs. Extensive experience supporting marketing & PR initiatives including, but not limited to: Research/write  articles and white papers, present thought leadership perspectives via webinars or industry conference presentations.   • Relationship / Engagement Management: Over 10 years experience managing multiple consulting and outsourcing engagement teams as well as executive level client relationship management to ensure successful delivery of client engagements.  Provide strategic direction on engagement delivery approach, methodology and timeline as well as address engagement challenges that may arise. Able to manage multiple (up to 10) engagements simultaneously. Have worked with engagement teams of up to 15 people and $3M budget.
