At CCC Information Services, Inc. we measure:

Time to Fill
Quality of Hire-(We send a new hire survey out to hiring managers after 90 days to determine whether they would hire the employee again.)

We track candidates by source only as an internal indicator to determine if we are spending our dollars in the right area.
